As part of the 42nd edition of the International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings, Thursday, September 25, 2025, will see the second edition of Ceramic Career Day, an event dedicated to dialogue between industry and young professionals.
The event will take place in the former Gallery of Modern Art, located within the BolognaFiere Congress Center, and will feature 25 Italian ceramic companies ready to meet students and graduates from all over Italy through individual interviews and direct networking opportunities.
In addition to the companies, the exhibition area will also host stands from participating universities – including the University of Bologna, the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, and the University of Ferrara – to support academic and professional guidance. A dedicated “CV check” desk will also be available, where experts will provide practical advice on how to draft an effective résumé and successfully face job interviews.
The Career Day is promoted by Confindustria Ceramica and organized by Edi.Cer. in collaboration with AlmaLaurea and BolognaFiere. It represents an important opportunity to connect young talent with the Italian ceramic industry, which has long been a key player in international markets thanks to the excellence of Made in Italy.
Within this framework, Cersaie strengthens its role as a forward-looking platform, supporting the professional growth of new generations and enhancing the skills that will shape the ceramic sector in the years to come.
