Realstone Navigli

The Ragno Realstone stone-look stoneware collection now features the new Navigli version, manufactured using the “Stepwise” technology. Navigli is inspired by “Aggloceppo”, a cement base agglomerate made from crushed materials from the Ceppo di Gré quarries mixed with Portland cement and water. The result is a completely new product with a fairly fine grain and a variety of colors derived from the different natures of the materials in the mixture: it rather resembles a Terrazzo, a material rediscovered quite recently and very popular in architecture. The Navigli name refers to the old canals used to transport the materials from the quarries to the production sites, emphasizing that, like Ceppo di Gré itself, this material is closely linked to the Milan tradition of design and architecture. Navigli is produced in two colors, Grigio and Naturale, and 4 rectified sizes, 75x150 cm, 75x75 cm, 60x60 cm and 30x60 cm, on a natural surface. The 75x75 cm and 30x60 cm sizes are also produced with structured (R11) surfaces for the most heavy-duty uses. Thanks to a new technology developed and patented by the Group, the Navigli surface is soft and pleasant to the touch even in the version with high anti-slip coefficient. Two mosaics, produced in both colors, complete the collection: one is a classical 30x30 cm with 5 mm chips and the other, 29x29 cm, has a 3D effect and a more architectural look. Realstone_Navigli also features an extra-thick 20 mm version in both colors and in the 80x80 cm and 60x120 cm sizes, suitable for installation both with glue and dry. Realstone_Navigli is an ideal stoneware for floor and wall surfaces in indoor and outdoor spaces with the facility to create unbroken visual continuity between indoors/outdoors, both in public and commercial spaces such as stores, restaurants, bars and hotel foyers, and in ventilated walls and raised floors.
