The minimalist, innovative designs and performance of Galletti fan coil units have brought technology and comfort to the interiors of Eolia Luxury Villas in Santorini and a private home in Corfu. The first, Eolia Luxury Villas, comprises four villas that recently underwent renovation with the addition of contemporary eco-friendly materials. Overlooking the deep blue of the Aegean Sea, the villas stand out for the pure whites characteristic of their Cycladic architecture. To improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of the entire complex, HVAC specialist Tsitsos Clima chose the wall-mounted version of Galletti’s FLAT L fan coil units, with a vertical air outlet and the RAL9010 color scheme. The cabinet and its front panel are both sheet steel, while the sides, upper grille, and side doors are UV-stabilized ABS plastic.
For ease of installation, the FLAT L unit has reversible hydraulic connections. It also features a high-efficiency heat exchange battery, double-intake centrifugal fans, a three- or six-speed electric motor mounted on vibration dampers, and a regenerable air filter that is easily removed for maintenance. A built-in ionizer is also available if required.
Galletti also supplied the fan coil units for a luxury home in Perama, a seaside area on Corfu. ART-U units were chosen for their innovative design, energy efficiency, and reduced depth. The version selected, Metallic Skin White, features a white front panel that adds a luminous effect to the room. Different sized units were used to blend in with the interior while also acting as a kind of discreet light source.
