In early December 2025, Omnia Technologies opened its new headquarters in Signoressa, in Italy’s Treviso area, just a stone’s throw from the historic Della Toffola factory. Founded in 1958, Della Toffola marked the starting point of an industrial journey that, in 2020, developed into a new platform – Omnia Technologies – specializing in automation and bottling technologies for the beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

Designed by Lombardini22, with Estel responsible for the complete interior fit-out, the new headquarters incorporates the group’s history while clearly expressing the principles that define its identity: a strong technological focus, a commitment to sustainability and a lasting relationship with the local territory. Conceived as a people-centered workplace, the new headquarters pairs a dynamic, highly functional layout with close attention to acoustic and thermal comfort and the quality of materials. The building is designed to accommodate around 250 people across a variety of spaces conceived to encourage interaction, conversation and the exchange of ideas. At its heart is an agora – a true multifunctional plaza that weaves together informal break areas, enclosed booths for private meetings and shared zones anchored by large, custom-designed hexagonal Collaborative tables. The same design rigor is evident in the auditorium, where elegance emerges from the contrast between slatted wood paneling, glass partitions and black Profilo Cristallo chairs with crisp, modern lines.

Throughout the interiors, defined by soft, restrained color palettes, the Parete 6 glass partition system becomes a defining element. The double-glazed solution delivers strong acoustic performance, while its customization with a Lombardini22-designed monogram adds a touch of refined quality. The same design logic extends to the choice of the Asterisco App modular desk systems for individual workstations and the Tin Wood storage systems for open-plan areas, where integrated storage and planters add greenery to the space, merging functionality with well-being. These are just some of the solutions by Estel which help make the new headquarters a symbol of a company that sees itself as a future-oriented “open ecosystem”.
